Carrying on directly where its prequel ended, SAK2 begins with Kenny receiving some bad news from Wendy in the post, and it's an understatement to say he takes it badly (alternate backstory to Kenny's Rampage, perhaps?) as he takes his anger out on the citizens he once swore to protect, defects from the Secret Service and plots revenge against his new love-rival Yakife.
